At Park & Fifth, we want you to love your pieces for every special occasion, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all eligible unworn items. Please note that all bridal gowns, custom orders, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of makeup, perfume, or alterations.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
